Cograts CGD!! Hope you find many more!!! As far as the grump, I guess he hasn't read much of what was said here. I also met and talked with DM, and as I said before, he knows a butt-load but his morels are not so good. If you don't see any progress do you praise an org.??? I see alot of monies flowing out with no returns. What do you call that??? Simple dude!!!

You are right, a lot of money was spent and we did not win it. There were never any guarantees we would win but it was the best shot we had.

I am not grumpy, I am pissed off at all of the hindsight experts pointing fingers when they have no right. Hell, I am even willing to admit that all my effort and money spent to preserve this was wrong. All anyone has to do is present a better plan. I have asked 3x now and you wont touch it ...what is your better plan? The bottom line is, put up or shut up. sitting on the bench and bitching at the quarterback is fricken lame.

Do you have any idea what you are doing? Imagine for a minute that DM is reading your ignorant tirade and decides to fold up his tent and move the remains of his operation to Asia. This is really not that far fetched considering most of his money does NOT come from mining is Cali. Or maybe he decides the ungrateful herd of cats in the mining community are too much of a PITA and he simply decides to let all the claims lapse. What happens next? The most likely outcome is the tribes and liberals will pressure the BLM to remove the entire drainage from mineral entry or classify it as wild and scenic with no grandfathered claims. Wouldn't that be just great? Is that what you want?

Maybe the PLP will stop all legal actions and not spend another dime on attorneys to answer the lawsuits. Who is going to put up a fight...maybe YOU??? By your own description you are a broke duck miner that doesn't have much...sounds like there wont be much resistance from you.

The point here is you cant just shoot your mouth off everything everyone else is doing for you without having a fricken clue about what to do next.

I have given serious thought to the possibility that you are a liberal troll. Trying to stir up dissent and anger and make us more fragmented than we already are. :x

Thankyou Dan. EVERYBODY is pzzed about this and what will come of it for all other states aswell! but complaining about something without a suggestion on how to remedy it is just pzzin in the wind!no good comes from it except venting a persons frustrations and that aint getting us anywhere. NOBODY can afford to fight this alone or even with a small group of finnacial backers! its got to be big to be able to generate enough cash for lawyers. and its been the way its going, everytime someone or some group steps up to do our fighting, theres complaints! if nobody is in the forefront of this fight, then what do you think the wacos/gubermint is going to do? theyre going to go full wide open to get/grab all they can! look at the sec. of the interior Ken Salazar and o. they want to bypass Congress so friggin bad that he tells his people, just find away to make it happen! untill this suit gets into federal court,we are fighting a uphill battel! if you want to say,"screw it"! thats fine! whats the point of still complaining, just go do what your going todo! theres nobody willing to step up to the plate to fight this other than those already there doing it! so like dan and ive asked, "then whats our next plan? whos willing to get up out in front to spearhead this?? sitting here complaining isnt getting us anywhere! its real hard to fight a prejudiced judge and court when they allow these wacos to lie and continue to lie in court under oath and then to hear the socalled "judge" dismiss proven sceintific facts, and the mining laws and violate our Congressional rights.if a person wants to compliain about something, atleast give your solution to the problem! otherwise its all just a waste of time reading it!

Hoser, I agree with you that we need to protest in mass in Sac. I have always supported this. However, that is not the only thing left to do. Letters, phone calls and lawyers are also needed as wells money to pay for those things. All of this serves to unite miners together into a one louder voice.

In-fighting, blaming and name calling only splinter the miners and destroys unity and is a giant step backward. Renegade mining only benefits the renegade until he gets caught then we are al labeled renegades.

So, we all go to Sac and raise hell ... is this the end of the plan?...then what?
If that is all it will take, I will buy my plane tickets today

Honestly, do you really think that the politicians in Sac would even notice, let alone support you? :?

You can't get 100 miners to show up at Stophers gathering, How may do you expect to show up for a protest march on the state capital? :?

IMHO........SAD
