You are quite correct - this is the "store" - it is off John Young Parkway in a small subdivision:

since this involves interstate business, maybe you ought to askk the better Business (BBB) advice if he doesent want to fullfill his side of the deal! I wonder if the GPAA wants tobe still involved with this type of BAD advertising! you may want to contact them aslo to inform them of the type of representation this guy is showing for them!

Since he's working from his garage, or kitchen table for that matter, he probably doesn't have the capacity to keep inventory. So when he gets an order, he'll place it with the manufacturer or wholesaler...wait for it to arrive, repackage it, and send it on. That is, if he can pay his bills. An enterprise like this can't be efficient when it comes to shipping the final product. I'm amazed at how many eBay sellers operate just like this and get away with it.

Tim the drop shipping can (if asked for) go from manufactor directly to the buyer(Pat),instead of the guy(him) that orders it for you. but then again i can see where he could get a dealer discount if its sent to him. what a mess! makes me glad im makeing my own junk and not haveing to deal with these types of deals for the most part!! hope it can get resolved!
