DEMURRER DENIED OREGON vs WATERS

I appeared in court this morning(10-31-12) and waited for over an hour for 2 others cases to be taken care of. My Lawyer let his assistant go as my Lawyer thought he had it in the bag. When the judge started to question him about the laws being used for the case and if they had been shepherded my Lawyer started to studder and didn't know(the assistant knew). The judge then rendered his decision that the demurrer was denied. Now I have a court date of March 14th and 15th 2013. I'll keep you all posted as any updates come into being.

Well goodluck again Randy! the lawyer added a little excitment when he started studdering for sure! i would have been kinda on the edge of my seat if it was me there!

I don't know I had the same problem with a lawyer once you pay tem a ton of money and they stand there and start to stammer, how do these guys pass the Bar Exam. I hope you good luck.
