I just watched The Postman again for about the 20th time. Maybe even more. I even have the DVD and in my opinnion, for me, it's about the best movie of all time. Screw the reviewers. It got crappy reviews but I don't care. It's number 1 on my list. It can bring a tear to the old golden optimist's eye in several places. I may even have to take a road trip to some of the location places next year.

i finnaly borrowed a VHS copy from my son. now to get my VHS machine to work again! it maybe faster to buy a dvd copy !!!

what brand vhs, i know a few tricks. i kinda worked on them for a few years, lol.

cleaning them is easy most of the time thats what they need.

Mel ive got several different brands. but i think its the tape is locked up internally. i need to open it and take a peek.

I must concur GO as always been a Costner fan and reviews be damned. Just like Waterworld-highly criticized but as usual I like what I like and ever since EZ Rider crazy ol' Dennis Hopper has been a must watch too. I still have a few 1,000 vhs/vhs-c and 3 players working as still great movies to me-John old school is cool to me....
