The show Gold Rush Alaska, with crazy Fred, the kid, and the group of wanna be prospectors should be better this year, as Wayne Peterson aka NuggetBrain, the State Director of the Colorado GPAA, and PLP, will be with Dakota Fred this coming season. Good gold should be found by them this year as Wayne supposedly knows what he's doing.

Pat i guess you havent heard, the last i heard, Wayne got into a arguement/fight with Freds son and left the show. not suprising, everyone has been fighting on these madeup/scripted shows!

The Discovery TV show you are referring to is named "Gold Rush: The Jungle". This time Todd, Jack and the boys fly from home base of Sandy, OR...off to Guyana (hey, remember Jim Jones?) looking for a place in the jungle to mine for gold. For "serious muscle" they bring along mining consultant Fred Dodge. It is scheduled for Friday, August 17th at 9:00 pm EDT.

So I hope you all realize that with the sustained high ratings for previous Discovery TV "Gold Rush" and "Bering Sea Gold" shows you will likely see this crew around for many years to come. Imagine this..."Gold Rush: Umpqua". Story about a group of down-on-their-luck former DEF miners that are risking-it-all to dredging in the murky brown depths of....well, you get the picture. Proof positive that the real gold is not only just found in the ground or on the bedrock but also in good Neilson ratings, high-dollar sponsors, actors annual contract negotiations and show production renewals. No I hadn't heard. Know Wayne, he doesn't take any crap from anybody, and if he and Fred's son got into it, I know he's gone! That show Under The Ice Dredging looks good. Someone's bound to get seriously hurt, or maybe even worse.
