at some point everyone gets burnt out trying to fight for our rights! these are my heros!! and yes, Hoser is at the top of this list! its really rough fughting in the crooked courts when the wacoenviromental LIES trump the miniers scientific truth! yep we have the Written Congressional Right on our side, but the slanted/crooked judges prevent out wins in court. somehow we need to get OUT of State courts and into the federal courts for a "honest" judgement??????? but the states say they have the right to make their own rules, even though they violate federal rules/Congressional rights. theres got tobe a answer to this quagmire,and its probley a obvious one that we overlooked. regaurdless of who statred what. we are in a situation where our rights are being taken away and we need to stop this instead of pointing fingers and blaime.this isnt getting us anywhere closer to dredgeing again and will assit the other states into blocking our dredgeing in "their" state like oregon has tried. individuals wont get anywhere fighting this, so we must fightthis as a group in its entirety to get anywhere. or just throw the towl in and be done with it now. yep, what a shame1

Was started in 1945 and had the ungodly task as member of the board to close'r down in 2000 for violation of bylaws and non profit status law. Killed by the fun fun fun clubs who have sucked the miners rights movement bone dry 'cause politics are not fun. The real american miners died off ...99% anyhow...and the one stop do it all just party on crowd has managed to lose all our rights ever since by taking all the cash and puttn' it in their pockets. Our generation cannot spend our entire lives--and retirement cash--to protect those who are fng lazy to protect their own rights. Mob street mobs are cool? John I understand what you are saying as to mining, but most of these people protesting don't know what for. Some say greed, and that may be so, but this administration has made it so companies hoard there money because they don't know how they are going to be screwed again. Higher taxes on the rich? That is most peoples desire to be independently wealthy. Get government off the backs of companies so they have confidence in government and they will hire at will.
Do we mine for greed or the color of gold? If there was no value to gold, mining for it would never exist. We just want the government to get off our backs and let us have the freedom to mine as necessary. Capitalism gives everyone an opportunity to become wealthy, but it doesn't guarantee it.
