I like your videos. What I think a lot of us would like is a more detailed look at the components of the jigs and how they operate. I've seen larger ones but most people here on the forum have never seen them before.

Here's one I've visited.

In operation, the roughing jig. The material slurry is fed into the middle.

Here the input is shut off so you can see the top of the jig.

The slots under the classification material. In this case, cassiterite, specific gravity around 7.

The diamond shaped items are the 2 finishing jigs.

Here's a link to a cleanup video after about an 8 hour run with the plant. Most of you may have seen the video.

Thats actually a really nice jig setup. I'm going to watch the clean-up the video now since I have never seen it. I will try and get some better shots of the components for you next week since we have a new build started for South Africa.

He was running about 175 yard an hour with his setup. There was 1 excavator operator fedding the trommel continuosly and the other pushed feed up to him and removed the waste from the output end of the trommel.

Righteous idea on the columination in a circular pattern as each cell eliminates hi/low areas and homogenous application of motion quadrupples recoveries WOW-impressive to say the least-tons a au 2 u 2-John :D
