Touring Colorado

Well it looks like my dream of moving to Colorado(out of Misery!) is going in the right direction. my wife wll retire come this Spring and wants todo some traveling. she asked me where id like to live (we have had this conversation before)and i replied, Colorado. so it looks like we will be touring around Colorado for a month this comeing year.i might try to squezze the dredge into our backseat.:) HUMMM? this maybe pushing it just a little!

You'd definately be welcomed with open arms. I'm sure if you can't fit the dredge in the back seat, someone would loan you one, me included. Now the question, where? Decisions, decisions...

well your going to need a smaller dreage or a biger back seat.

Hi Russ:

I'd suggest giving a good look at Pueblo, CO. It might be a good jumping off point for going in any direction, plus have all the services that a person would need in their golden age. HA HA!

Any way to get out of the midwestern winters and snow shoveling. YEA! :D

Dick, snow is/was never a problem to me. City life is dragging me down! thats why they named this state Misery!

Russ that is so exciting for you (and your wife of course)!!

Phooey on Pueblo...no gold there. Try Salida for a great smaller town near gold. Parts of exurban/suburban Denver have fun gold creeks too if you would rather have a big city near by.

Either way, welcome to our beautiful state!! Looking forward to meeting you too by the way...
