ATTENTION MINERS- COURT DATE NOT CHANGED

I just received a call from the U.S. Courts and the lady said that my court date of 02/24/12 is valid. I need to be at the court house by 08:45am tomorrow morning.
I don't know who is screwing with this but I'm sure I know why. If I hadden't appeared in court tomorrow morning I would have lost my case. I could sure use a lot of support so if you find yourself in Medford, OR, please join me at:

Hmmmmm!

Matt Matson comes to mind. They moved his date up and didn't notify him. He showed up a day early and noticed they had moved it up. When they saw him, they dropped all charges.

take your letter in to court and ask the judge if he knows the date is wrong. you have a official letter from the court. you can take the mater up with the state attorney general as to why you got a letter stating your date moved when it did not.
