How to handle claim jumpers

Postby rocketsngold » Tue Jul 03, 2012 4:51 pm

Today I found evidence of someone dredging recently on my claim on the Arkansas River. Leonard and Ed are the only people I've given verbal permission to use the claim, so whoever it was did not have my permission.

Had to be between first week of May and now, and I suspect much closer to now, since my tailings from May are already washed away and the claim jumper tailings look quite fresh.

Also, my most obvious corner post was pulled up and tossed aside (not very far, so they didn't work real hard at that).

Please advise guys...

Stephanie Carter... That's her name.... That was bugging me, but I was too tired to remember, just getting chased off the summit of Mt Antero by today's storms...

And oops, responded to the wrong thread... Stephanie Carter is the BLM geologist whom I suppose will be reviewing our new NOI's and POO's...

Claim marker removal is a FELONY and mineral trespass to commit grand theft also. Get all your paperwork straight and be absolutely sure --NOT saying it isn't but just be damn sure--and then citizens arrest is a definate coarse of avenue. Talk to your local BLM enforcement, prior to any altercation, and if they refuse to do their job ,local jokel sheriffs are stepping up all over the country to reclaim justice in your name. Try to catch in action and educate the scum suckn' dogs and procede thusly--and err on the side a caution as crankster gangsters needing a fix do strange tricks-John

trail cams are getting cheep, get a few and place them to get photos of the cars / trucks there using. and one or two on the river to get them in action.

I use the ifrared game cams on my deer lease. There's no actual flash to give it away. But if you're looking directly at it when it goes off you will see some red leds.

i have been in areas ware dopers set up there stuff. not good if you want to live. just tell the police some one dug a big hole and put a pump and the hose runs off in the woods. you did not want to find the end could be a dope patch. that mite get them there. the bad part is you will have every one you dont want up there.
