I Have Finally Been Served

It took til this morning for the USFS to officially Serve me with the court date.

When Officer Mike Fakier(Fak-ya) knocked at my door and served me with the papers I told him I was glad because I had been afraid that they would drop the charges. Now I can prove just what a dumb bunch of chumps they can be.
I hope a few of you will jion me in court. The only way I'll loose this is if I draw a crooked Judge. It should be fun.

same here Cowboy! if i was closer, id be there! Goodluck!i know you have all your papers in order to slam them! now if the judge will just allow you to show them the errors of their ways! make sure that judge isnt from California from another life! i think most if not all of them are "way out on a limb" to begin with!

Hey good read Joe!

I hope cowboy takes the time to read it and understand what it says.
All prospectors and miners, small or large, need to understand the laws for miners and their rights under those laws.
Good luck Cowboy, and if it were me, if they refused to dismiss, I'd ask for a continuance to retain council.

Thanks for all the posts and support. Dickb I'm not wanting a dismissal. I want to set a presidence(?) showing that the USFS has not right to control the land or water in a State or National Forest. Their job is to control our natural resources including Logging and they're not even doing that. That's what BLM and Oregon State Lands is supposed to do. USFS does not have county authority to enforce ANY LAWS!!! in the county.
The USFS is trying to tell our county sheriff what he can and can't do. He was voted into office by the people and he is the highest LEO in curry county.

But I have found over the years that being right does not necessarily mean that you will get justice. I hope this will be the right out come, this is the time to end all of these rules and regulations that are made up by people that do not have the authority to do so.

i wish it were that easy! but it aint! as long as theres uneducated people that dont know the facts or dont want to listen to them, there will always be unrest in America!!!
