Stuck out like a diamond in a goats ass

There aren't too many videos with me in it. I looked at this today and decided I'd put it up again to remind all of you cabin fever people what it's like to find some summer gold.

I am not sure anyone else can understand how crazy that day was. I had never really swung a detector. We had barely started dredging that area. And we just decided to start filming. In 10 minutes, up pops a nugget. It was like winning the lottery.

Priceless.

Leonard,

Great video as usual. Sure would like to be back in the water with ya, but am a long ways away these days. I am now living in Penn., basically in a little Norman Rockwell type town, named Dover Township. 8-) I will be coming to Snoring Gramps this summer though for two weeks in Aug. I have semi-retired, and already getting the itch to start traveling. Not aware if you know about this yet, but Mr. Rodman, "Who was Roaring Camp," passed away this last month, due to a brain aneurysm. I was 93 years old, and he will be sorely missed. I did have the pleasure though of seeing and talking with him this past Sept. when I went to RC, just to visit my friend and family. I went in and out of the canyon for ten days, and got to go to a Sat. BBQ. I walked down to the holes that you and I worked on those years ago, and they haven't changed, still there waiting for us. Great to see all the familiar names here, now that I have been able to spend some computer time. I' going to post a couple of items on your "For Sale" site. I'm going to sell a couple of 1 OZ. silver rounds. One is dedicated to the "Gold Dredger", and the other one is dedicated the the " Gold Panner." They are both absolutely Proof condition, and in plastic containers.
Again good to see everyone, Hope you remember me after all this time. Looking forward to those sudden "Wild Turkey' phone calls, and never forget the "alt.mining.newsgroup....circa... 1997.
