DJR, I'm sure you'll 'get it' soon that political "stuff" that doesn't specifically relate to mining should go to the Political Forum.

Your views are certainly important - but they are much more Germaine in another venue.

Have to disagree with that too, if miner do not make the political connection and make it fast and in a big way.
There will be no more mining rights for the individual.
You can like it or you can lump it, But mining is politics, and big politics and we have been loosing our collective arses for too long.

Did you guys catch the last gold rush show. Them dummys didnt even clean the bedrock in the first cut! I am beginning to think Todd Hoffman is a genius. How the hell else would a man with that little basic knowledge regarding placer gold mining sell himself to a production company to make a show about him? I just dont get it.I mean cleaning bedrock is pretty much gold mining 101.

He most likely told them they didn't know how to mine for gold and all the gold miners would watch and tell everyone how stupid they are, stuff like that is right up Discovery Channel's alley!!
