I don't see that you can do much of anything, Trevor. "Honor" is a code that good men live by. Some have it; some don't.

I think that you have already gotten the answer to your request, albeit not the one that you wanted.

Now.......are you about ready to go dredging?

Glen,
I'm more than ready. I started to give you a call this weekend, but would rather make plans ahead of time. I have every weekend off, and every other weekend is a 3 day weekend for me. This was my 3 day weekend so my next one will be 10/12-14. I'm not against working on just a 2 day weekend though. Things just get tight on the schedule that way. Feel free to call me anytime that you're ready to do something.

The last time that I talked to John, when he told me that he'd "forgotten" the box. He said that "it's in a Phantom of the Opera box, on a shelf, in the barn." I still have people in the Sacramento area that have offered to go pick up the box. All I needed John to do was make a call to Roaring Camp and tell them that Dan would be coming to get that box. I've paid to ship it once....so why not pay to ship it again.

Does anyone know any other forums that John frequents? And his username there?
He's accidentally answered the phone for me twice now, all he does is hang up.
Really showing his true colors now. Two months and ZERO contact.

Out of the blue, I get a voicemail on my phone today. It was John, all mad and indignant that I had contacted Roaring Camp(since he told me that they were friends of his), to see if they could get in touch with him for me. Kim told me that they talked to him right after I called.

Apparently John is now in Madrid and heading elsewhere abroad, and will "see what I wanted" when he gets back. He also said that his wife told him that he had 67 missed calls from me and no messages. After the first month of leaving messages....I just called hoping that he'd accidentally answer.
Hell, I'd ring his phone several times every day on my ride home from work :o).

Mad or not, calling those people got some response from him.

The squeaky wheel always gets the grease. Hope it works out for you, this could have been avoided when someone make a promise follow through.

All's quiet on the homefront. Not a peep from him since his mad phone call. I left another voicemail last week, to no avail.
