What we need to do is clean house. If they are collecting our dollars for regulating us they should be replaced with someone with common sense,that being the key phrase "common sense", and elect someone who will actually work for our best interests and well being. But I don't see that happening in my lifetime.

This whole thing is a set-up from the start. We all know it, they (legislature) all know it too, they are the ones that brought it about!
15 day comments period ends March 5...Final document released March 7 ??? It's a pre-fabbed conclusion!They already have the pre-fabbed document written irregardless of our comments. I called stopher the gopher (He is under-mining our industry) on the Tuesday Feb. 21st. requesting extension of comment period. He called me on Wed. and refused, 'cause the law allows him to limit it to 15 days. I asked him to just double it to 30 days, he said that would add an extra year to the process.(???) BS all the way around!
