Today i had the honor of sitting with a 40 year Army vet. he was a E7 with 2 purple hearts and a chest full of ribbions. he was also a tunnel rat. we talked a lot(old war stories) he also is going through confirmed cancer treatments from Dioxin.although our lunch was provided by Applbes resturant, theres a charge for (?) our drinks. when we were done and got our bills i picked up his check and thanked him for his service.the waiteress got a real good tip and she came back twice to ask if we were sure we didnt want any change. i said, no and thankyou for your service! it was a good time!
