Last summer the minerals piss fir told me a guy contacted them and said " just so you know, I am putting my dredge in on humbug creek on this date" it was awesome! I have not got a chance to follow up on this,but i love this guy! Piss firs have no call on dredging,but I am glad he let them know! I will have to make a call and find out how it went! On the other hand,a mining group undercut a road and told the FS the road was caving in, not a good choice! The call to tell them the road condition and their choice of digging! There is a time when you need to use common wits! Undercutting roads hurts all miners big and small! If the deposit is that big ,support or move the road! ARGH!

Shasta Miners same same in French Gulch,dug a cave under the road,idjets. Adjacent and subadjacent support for all roads,bridges and abutments are off limits as codified in Chapter 12 kalif laws. 50'-100' in accordance to size & configurations. SAM,we called papers,tv,radio after the ban to show we didn't care and kept on a dredging even after I called CDFG here in Redding and told'm so--after tv and papers picked up the story-F'M' one and all-tons a au 2 u 2 -John

What happened to the guy??? I was gonna do the same thing basically, but was told not to make waves. In that people didn't want to cast a bad light on miners.So we all just sat in the dark and got screwed over!!! Being an ex-biker we acted right away to any thing or one that jumped on us! I asked about protests and was told it would put us in a bad light,back into the dark we went. My feelings now are, come to the woods and mess with me, you may not leave. PEOPLE DISAPPEAR EVERY DAY WITH NO TRACE!

Dont know what happened yet, the minerals piss fir guy been on vacation. I texted him with " the rivers a running turbid from the rain, no better time than now to start up the 6" precision" I love being a pain in the ass!!!!!!
