Tribe, fishermen sue DFG over mining regulations

The case was filed in today in Alameda County Superior Court. The coalition is represented by attorneys from the Environmental Law Foundation, Center for Biological Diversity, Pacific Federation of Fisherman’s Associations, and Friends of the River.

Even though there is currently a ban on dredging in California , wasn't there a dredging season? Isn't this to allow for the salmon to migrate upstream to their spawning grounds? Then why is it the Indians can talk salmon any time of the year, anyway they can catch them? Doesn't that interrupt the cycle of life, or alter the fish habitat? Oh, I forgot, they own the U.S. the rivers, they sky, etc., and the 9th circuit court Isn't that in Alameda county? Seems they own DFG coming and/or going.

The fish number are down because of the ocean temperature and major over fishing for the last century, not because of the dredging.
The only one they haven't blamed yet is Bush.
They are not interested in the fish only to create chaos.

Doesn't anyone find it funny that a bunch of broke assed Indians have the money to keep filing lawsuits, while us miners have sent money in to do the same thing but "OUR" suits never come???? Every thing is a big secret,just wait and see what happens is all we see or hear! Me, I'm tired of hearing this and seeing nothing done on our side,but there's still outfits asking for more money!!! these wacoenviromentalists have a BUNCH of money backing them up no matter if they are winning or loseing! they will appeal any kind of verdict/decission that comes out of the courts unless its the one they want! this is proven over and over again. they know even if they are 100% wrong that they can and will appeal to drag out the suit! and waht dont help it at all if that the current gubermint along with ken salazar think they can do anything they want.the courts are "supposed" tobe blind justice, but it looks like they dont offend the hand that feed them!atleast in California anyway!
