Hey guys.I was bouncing around on different sites the other day and saw a thing on a guy that got arrested for high banking up by Redding. Any one else seen this? I can't remember where it was now.

 Hibankers and sluicers being written up as new waterboard rules--that I posted here --are being enforced. $25,000 fine and $50 a gallon for water contaminated also. So I guess God/Mama nature gettn' one LL of a damn bill from the state???? Makes that $10,000 fine for dredging look good to me now-----John

Thanks guys, I got the lo-down from one of the other sites. Post was pulled because of inaccurate facts. I thought I was going crazy(er) because I couldn't find it! So , you had to pay that Hoser???? I'm trying to keep up on this to report to our club as we have 8 claims in Cali. and need to hear of any busts and the outcome. Lots of our people are scared to death to go to Cali. to do anything. Please keep me posted if you all hear anything, OK? Thanks guys!

So this is all a little confusing.
Can you use a highbanker/powersluice or not.
The only thing I read was in the new regs for dredging and they are not in effect yet?

According to CDFG/BLM/FS/Waterboards =NO. According to the laws as written and righteously explained by Scott Harn in the ICMJ a couple a issues back yes legal, legal but ya'all a gonna risk the fines??? The state has taken the position, due to term limitations, that they can promulgate and you will follow their illegal edicts from above--ya right  . Go to ICMJ website and you can read the truth for free....but...must have bookoo testiculiar fortitude to face down the man and risk the fines=no bfd for me but.....--tons a au 2 u 2 -John PS--On claims you have many MANY more rights as federal laws over ride state and 1872 act says party on

So your saying that this has been before a judge and some one was fined the amounts you state?
