? problems with 49er Mike's forum ?

im also expereincing it on mikes site. he had a virus for a week or so and now this!i guess its that time of year!

I sold the site about a year ago to Wyatt Yeager from Precision Dredges. I talked with Wyatt about the problem. He has been in touch with the company that manages the server. Seems as though the site has exceeded the limits for size under the current contract (that site is HUGE on the server). So, they are in the process of getting it back up now but I don't know the projected time frame. If it was still on Tom's server, it would already be back up. Unfortunately, Tom retired from the web server business.

Good to see you post Mike.

It may take them a while. If they have trouble with the software, there isn't much support for it any more. Thats why I switched when I did a few years ago.

ked to Wyatt about 13 hours ago and the problem was supposed to be fixed. It can take awhile for the DNS servers to update the site though. Still not working for me.

YAHOO problem fixed and up and running just now,got my much needed fix and it was good after 17 years or so definately a addict and hated to see Tom Ashworths legacy ruined--tons a au 2 u 2-John
